Trump’s Wall

Don’t let him build the wall.  Trump said, in early February, that his wall would probably cost $8 billion dollars.  However with rising costs the price-tag is more recently projected at 35 billion, taking at least four years to cover the border’s diverse terrain of 1,954 miles. Walls between countries are not new and have never stopped people from crossing from one area into another. Anderson Cooper of CNN addressed this topic and said it best, “It seems that where there’s a wall, there’s a way. In other words, people who want to cross a border badly enough will find creative ways to circumvent a wall — even if it means taking greater risks by crossing elsewhere.”

Trump has repeated many times that Mexico, not the U.S., would foot the bill and was told, by and ex-president of Mexico, in no uncertain terms, that “Mexico is not paying for the f—ing wall.”
Thank goodness…which means that – even if Trump were elected as President of the United States – no one will build a wall separating the United States and Mexico.
Canada and Canadians do not want a wall.
